Preparing Files:
For best results please follow our guidelines.
FILE FORMAT:
We accept the following file formats TIF, TIFF, JPG, CD14, AI, PSD, and PDF.
FILE SIZE:
The maximum file size acceptable for upload is 30MB (megabytes) per file.
RESOLUTION:
All file formats must have a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolution. The images designed for the web are done at a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 350 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.
Please Provide High Resolution Art, Clip Art, Logos, Photos for large custom design layouts to avoid distorted images. See sample below.

COLOR MODE:
All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.
All black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode.
Heavy black ink might cause smearing.
We can work with RGB colors, however, RGB colors will be converted to CMYK and DTK GLOBAL is not liable for the final appearance of a color or graphics.
SAFE ZONE:
All critical elements (text, images, logos, etc.) must be kept at least an inch to few inches away from the edge. Anything left close to edge may be cut off during trimming or during seaming on the banners. Also, embedded your fonts when transferring files.

PROOFS:
Your Proof will be emailed within 24 hours after your specifications and artwork provided during the week Monday through Thursday. On Friday‘s, send your specifications and artwork before 3PM (pacific standard time) in order to retrieve your proof on Saturday approximately 3PM. Proof on Sundays is not included unless requested to meet promotion deadline for additional charge of $20.00.
ORDER APPROVAL:
Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.
PRODUCTION TIME:
After approval, production time for standard orders and materials is approximately 4 days and will be shipped out accordingly excluding Sundays.
Custom size orders and large quantities may differentiate in production time and shipping. Ask for details.
Our Designers:
Do not have a design layout for your materials. Don’t worry, we can design it for you free of charge once order is placed. After we retrieved your artwork, reference # from canstockphoto.com, logos, etc. and your specifications can deliver your 1st free design layout within 24hours. Then on your 2nd proof we can make any adjustments according your request from the first design layout. For your convenience, we can provide up to 3 modifications on the same design layout for free of charge*.
